Debbie Ross joined CBB in January, 2024, as the Director of Finance. She comes with extensive accounting, financial analysis, and leadership experience. 

While employed at a small entrepreneurial company, she enjoyed developing the company mission, organizational structure, and strategic plan. Early in her career, Debbie spent 5 years at a big six public accounting firm, auditing financial statements for government, insurance, and financial institutions.

Recently relocated from Madison, Wisconsin, she has enjoyed exploring the university, the restaurant scene, and the many trails in eastern Iowa. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, including an extremely energetic border collie, as well as running and biking. You might see her out on the roads quite often this year as she is training for both a half marathon and RAGBRAI, the weeklong bike ride across Iowa.
