Wednesday, January 29, 2020, 12:30pm to 1:30pm
Iowa City/Johnson County Senior Center

THE WORLD IS ENDING! Again. Doomsdayers and apocalyptic prophets have warned of coming calamity for millennia. Still, humanity persists. This lunch and learn conversation series invites entrepreneurs, scientists, farmers, historians, lawyers, and many others to envision the end of the world according to their expertise.

This week's program, "The End of Museum Collections," features Katherine Wilson, UI Stanley Museum of Art manager of exhibitions and collections.

This program is FREE and open to all and is graciously hosted in partnership with Iowa City/Johnson County Senior Center.

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all University of Iowa–sponsored events. If you are a person with a disability who requires a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in this program, please contact Veronica Smith in advance at 3193351727 or veronica-smith@uiowa.edu.
